Job Description:
RCM Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team.
This travel BCBA position offers the unique opportunity to work in
various clinical settings across the United States, providing
behavioral analysis services to children and adults with diverse
needs. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in
developing and implementing behavior intervention plans that
contribute to the well-being and behavioral improvement of our
clients. This role requires adaptability, a passion for helping
others, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality of care
in changing environments. Conduct behavioral assessments and
formulate intervention plans. Implement behavioral programs and
monitor client progress. Adjust and tailor interventions as needed
based on client response and environmental factors. Collaborate
with healthcare providers, family members, and educational teams to
ensure coordinated and consistent care. Provide training and
support to caregivers and other staff on behavior management
techniques. Document all treatment plans, assessments, progress
notes, and other required paperwork in compliance with state and
federal regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in
data collection and analysis. Ability to travel to various work
locations as required. Experience in managing challenging behaviors
and implementing therapeutic interventions. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Board Certified Behavior
Analyst (BCBA) certification. Valid driver's license and reliable
transportation.
