Job Description:

We are looking for a sharp Accounting Clerk to join our team. We offer a great opportunity to further develop your accounting knowledge. In addition, we have great benefits with opportunities for growth!Duties include:* Accounts Payable - verify invoices, process payments, 3-way match, research discrepancies* Accounts Receivable - create invoices, billing, aging report, chargebacks, apply payments* Bank reconciliations* Journal entries, general ledger* Assist with month end close, audits, and financial statements* Assist with timekeeping for payroll* Other special projects or duties as assignedQualifications:* 1+ year of experience in Accounting preferred* Degree in Accounting or related field* Bilingual in Mandarin preferred* Experience in the ecommerce industry preferred* Intermediate to advanced Excel required (pivot tables, formulas, vlookup, etc.)Please submit your resume today as we are urgently looking!
