Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller to lead its accounting
operations and ensure financial integrity as it scales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of accounting, including GL, revenue recognition,
AR/AP, payroll, and equity accounting
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring
accuracy and timeliness
Design and implement internal controls and accounting policies that
scale with the business
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including time in
public accounting
CPA required; strong technical knowledge of US GAAP
Proven ability to build accounting infrastructure and internal
controls in a high-growth environment
Insurance or TPA experience is a plus, but not required
Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first, high-ownership
culture
