Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Our client is a growing,
nationally active commercial real estate investment firm focused on
delivering high-quality financial operations and supporting
strategic business initiatives. The Senior Accountant will play a
key role in managing accounting operations, ensuring accurate and
timely financial reporting, and supporting management with
day-to-day and strategic financial activities. This role reports to
the Controller and works closely with internal teams and external
partners. Responsibilities Process full-cycle accounts payable and
handle credit card reconciliations using Concur. Assist with
managing the general ledger and ensure accuracy in all financial
transactions. Support month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting
processes. Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects
as requested by management. Collaborate with internal teams to
improve financial processes and drive operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting
standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,
or a related field. 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in
real estate or investment management. Experience with Concur and
other accounting systems. Strong organizational, analytical, and
problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in an in-person
office environment and contribute positively to team culture.
Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in commercial real estate
or investment management accounting. Exposure to budgeting,
forecasting, or financial modeling.
