What You’ll Do Build strong connections with prospective residents in person and by phone Deliver engaging community and apartment tours that convert interest into applications Proactively follow up with leads and confidently guide prospects through the full leasing process Prepare and process lease documentation with accuracy and attention to detail Partner closely with onsite teams to stay informed on availability, pricing, and current specials Maintain organized and compliant prospect and resident records Contribute to daily leasing office operations and overall occupancy goals What We’re Looking For Proven leasing or property management experience Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, sales-driven mindset Confidence qualifying prospects and closing leases Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, or similar property management software preferred LIHTC experience a plus Why This Opportunity Opportunities with established communities in your area Weekly pay Competitive pay based on experience Supportive onsite teams that value performance Immediate openings with potential for long-term placement Experienced.
