Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities Manage AR ledger, postings, and reconciliations Investigate and resolve deductions and payment discrepancies Work with large customer accounts and portals Analyze high-volume data using Excel Partner with U.S. and Asia teams to improve AR processes Support month-end close and audits Requirements 5 years of AR or accounting experience Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) Experience with deductions and dilution Knowledge of LC and OA payment terms Strong analytical and communication skills Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience Big-box retail customer experience Benefits Salary bonus potential Health, dental, vision PTO and holidays Company Description Our Professional Division works with clients as a stakeholder in their hiring strategy and process.
