pay range of $28 -$50/hour based on experience, efficiency, and
certifications (bonuses available, too!) , this opportunity invites
you to be part of a dedicated team of mechanics known for
delivering outstanding auto repairs. Schedule : This mechanic
position works Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm , with
the potential to work Saturdays from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Benefits :
We offer uniforms and a $100 per month tool allowance. You can also
work on your personal car at our shop! YOUR DAY AS AN AUTOMOTIVE
TECHNICIAN As an Automotive Technician, you will begin by
diagnosing various vehicle issues, providing recommendations for
maintenance or repairs, and then executing the necessary work. This
includes handling diagnostics and repairs on brakes, suspension,
air conditioning, cooling systems, and engine work. After your
repairs, you will take vehicles for test drives to ensure they meet
our high standards of quality. You'll also maintain accurate
paperwork, keep your workspace organized, and stay abreast of the
latest automotive technologies to enhance your skills. Your
commitment to providing reliable and prompt service will be
essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding our
stellar reputation. REQUIREMENTS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN 5
years of experience in a professional shop, with independent and
dealership experience Excellent diagnostic skills and mechanical
ability on foreign and domestic vehicles Ability to perform routine
maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and
transmission services Knowledge of electrical diagnostics, wiring
diagrams, and proper use of scan tools Comfortable with engine and
transmission R&R Your own basic tools and ability to maintain
an organized workspace Strong work habits, showing up on time, and
completing tasks thoroughly Ability to communicate clearly and work
respectfully with customers and team members Team-player mentality
and pride in delivering quality work An ASE certification is a
