Therefore, we are looking for an Entry Level Verizon Customer Service Trainee to add to our high-performing and energetic team. The Entry Level Verizon Customer Service Trainees main priority is to make every customer's day and leave them with a lasting impression on our products. We provide full training and development for our Entry Level Verizon Customer Service Trainee role. Previous experience in customer service or sales is desirable, it is not required. Entry Level Verizon Customer Service Trainee Responsibilities: Initiate contact with potential new customers, educating them on products and services Negotiate sales converting inquiries into accounts Maintain attention to detail on account follow-up and client onboarding Follow all company policies Maintain high levels of integrity when working with customers Participate in ongoing training and development with eagerness and enthusiasm Collaborate with team members on increasing customer engagement
