Flexible schedule Job description: We are seeking an bilingual
enthusiastic and experienced high school psychology teacher to join
our dynamic faculty team. The ideal candidate should have a rich
background in AP Psychology. The candidate should demonstrate a
commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning
environment while promoting critical thinking, analytical skills,
and effective communication among students. Responsibilities: Plan,
prepare, and teach engaging psychology lessons that align with
curriculum standards and course objectives, promoting critical
thinking and inquiry-based learning. Create a supportive classroom
culture that encourages active participation, collaboration, and
respect for diverse perspectives. Adapt teaching methods and
materials to support a wide range of learners, including students
with special needs and English language learners. Utilize various
formative and summative assessment strategies to evaluate student
learning and provide timely, constructive feedback to support
academic development. Implement effective behavior management
techniques to ensure a structured, respectful, and engaging
learning environment that promotes student success. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Psychology , Education , or a closely related
field is required; Masters degree preferred . Minimum of one years
of recent high school teaching experience in psychology, with a
demonstrated record of instructional effectiveness (preferred).
Proficient in a variety of teaching methodologies , assessment
strategies , and educational technologies that enhance student
engagement and support academic success. Excellent interpersonal
and communication skills , with the ability to build strong
relationships and collaborate effectively with students, families,
and colleagues. Strong commitment to creating an inclusive ,
equitable , and supportive learning environment that promotes the
academic and personal growth of all students. Job Type: Part-time
