Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers the
opportunity to support a diverse K-12 student population in a
school setting located in Universal City, TX. Serving students from
kindergarten through 12th grade, you will provide essential speech
and language therapy services that enhance communication skills and
academic success. The role is structured as a contract position
with a 37.5-hour workweek. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and
language evaluations, assessments, and screenings for students
across all grade levels (K-12) Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans targeting speech, language, and communication
disorders Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational
professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate records
of student progress and therapy sessions in compliance with
district and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and
provide professional recommendations based on evaluations and
ongoing therapy services Desired Qualifications: Texas
Speech-Language Pathologist license issued by the Texas Department
of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) is required ASHA (American
Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certification is preferred
Experience working in pediatric settings, particularly within
school environments, serving students in grades K-12 Strong
communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective
collaboration with students, families, and educational staff
