Seeking Paraeducators and Behavior Technicians to support K-12 students in a Los Angeles, CA school setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide instructional support to students under teacher supervision. Assist with classroom management and behavioral interventions. Support individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodate student needs. Monitor student progress and report observations to teaching staff. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Desired Qualifications: Experience as a paraprofessional or behavior technician in a K-12 educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
