ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology
Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1 years speech-language
pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these

Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position is available in
Palm Desert, CA, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th
grade. This contract role spans the current school year and offers
the opportunity to work within a dynamic educational setting
dedicated to enhancing student communication skills. Key
Responsibilities: Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in the
delivery of speech and language services to students. Implement
individualized treatment plans under supervision. Participate in
data collection and documentation of student progress. Support
classroom activities related to speech and language development.
Collaborate with educators and clinical staff to foster a
supportive learning environment. Qualifications: Completion of
required SLPA coursework and certification. Experience working with
K-12 students in a school setting preferred. Ability to follow
treatment plans and communicate effectively with students and
staff. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compliance with state regulations and school policies regarding
