• Troubleshooting and repair of Production equipment
• Perform Changeovers as needed.
• Perform Preventive and Predictive Maintenance of Production equipment.
• Basic machining and welding
• Document all work on Production equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures as specified for job tasks.
• Communicate with production and maintenance team members.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Maintain and secure tools.
• Training as required.
• Comply with safety rules.
• Assist other Technicians/Engineering as required.
• Other duties as required.QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven mechanical/electrical aptitude.
  • Control system troubleshooting
  • Experience with production equipment and systems including but not limited to fillers, cappers, labelers, cartoners, bundlers.
  • Experience with vision systems
  • Electrical ability a plus
  • Multilingual a plus
  • Good written and spoken communication.
  • Experience with hydraulic equipment such as pumps and valves
  • Cleanroom and aseptic filling training a plus
  • Machining capabilities a plus
