enhance speed, code quality, and creative problem-solving. Bring a
product mindset to engineering: define MVPs, experiment with
solutions, iterate quickly, frame problems in terms of user value,
prioritize impact, and simplify complexity; own discovery and
roadmap planning to define feasible, high-value solutions.
Contribute to long-term product vision and platform architecture
that enable scale, flexibility, and reusability. Advocate for the

documentation, code review, analytics, and design iteration. Take
ownership of key product modules or APIs—ensuring reliability,
scalability, and measurable business impact. Implement modern

testing, AI-assisted QA). Ensure delivery is aligned with both
technical quality and user value. Communicate trade-offs clearly,
framing technical choices in terms of business and user outcomes.
Champion data-driven experimentation and continuous feedback loops
enhanced by AI analytics and observability tools. Contribute to
cross-functional strategy discussions to evolve Oaktree’s product
engineering model toward a more automated, adaptive, and
insight-driven future. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer

leadership preferred. Base Salary Range $190,000-$225,000 In
