Position Summary As a Backend Engineer (Infrastructure) at HeyGen,
you'll spearhead the development of core systems and infrastructure
crucial to powering our products. Your expertise will be
instrumental in crafting scalable, reliable, and efficient backend
systems tailored to accommodate our expanding user base. Key
Responsibilities System Development: Design, develop, and deploy
scalable and efficient foundational systems. Examples include: Data
Infrastructure: Forge the next generation of data systems to fuel
our analytics Cloud Infrastructure: Multi-vendor GPU capacity
management and scheduling ML Infrastructure: Construct the ML
training infrastructure to enhance our AI researchers’
productivity, and inference systems to optimize the scalability and
performance of our video GenAI. Product Infrastructure: Create the
foundation for HeyGen product Collaboration: Work closely with
product engineers, AI researchers to deliver best performant
systems. Performance Monitoring: Monitor backend systems for
performance, errors, and anomalies. Implement fixes and
improvements as needed. Code Quality: Maintain high code quality
through regular code reviews, pair programming, and writing unit
and integration tests. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the
latest system technologies and best practices to ensure HeyGen
remains at the forefront of technology. Qualifications Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2
years of experience working on scalable and performant systems.
Proficiency in python or c++. Experience with relational and NoSQL
databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB. Familiarity with
cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong knowledge of API
design and development. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with
container orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Experience with
Machine Learning Infrastructure especially computer vision. Prior
experience in a startup or fast-paced tech environment. What HeyGen

Range $180,000 – 240,000 annually Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. HeyGen considers factors
