Become a Project Management Manager at Southern California Edison
(SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you'll be
responsible for a team of Project Managers and the project
management functions across multiple commodities in the Program
management organization. These roles will oversee the day-to-day
execution and project management of $2.3 billion of Wildfire
Mitigation, Pole replacements, and a variety of Grid Modernization
and Infrastructure Replacement, and Load Growth projects across the
SCE service territory.
Four positions will be hired to be responsible for specific
regions, one for each of the following Hiring Managers. If selected
to interview, please be prepared to indicate all positions you are
interested in, along with a ranked preference.
Tobias Leonard: North Coast, North Valley , and Rural regions
Jeremy Califano: Metro West and San Joaquin regions
Kristina Hollenbeck: Metro East and San Jacinto regions
Marina Trezos: Desert and Orange regions

bright!
Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for 2-3 Distribution
Regions.
Successfully influence project sponsors, design, and construction
organizations to design and execute work, meeting regional unit and
financial budget targets.
Regularly assess project and program performance, monitor budget
spend annually in line with regional targets and spend
strategy.
Successfully manage and meet all execution milestones for work to
be completed.
Directly supervise Project Managers responsible for project
management of Distribution projects across the IPSEC model.
Includes scoping, estimating, project budgeting and approval,
oversight of project execution, performance monitoring, and project
close-out.
Provide functional direction to project controls engineers
responsible for cost and schedule support.
Ensure appropriate resources are in place to manage Program
Management work and to meet regional goals and objectives which
also supports corporate goals.
Provide strategy, direction, coaching and mentoring, performance
management, and salary administration for staff.
Build and strengthen working relationships with other organizations
across Distribution, T&D, and SCE involved in the initiation
and execution of Distribution projects at the regional and tactical
level. This includes Field Engineering, Tech Planning, Local
Planning, DCO, DC&M, Transmission, Local Public Affairs, Civil,
Permitting, Environmental, and others as needed.
Resolve cross functional issues as needed and remove obstacles
encountered by project managers in leading PM projects.
Participate in the development of execution plans consistent with
the direction from Distribution leadership to ensure goals and
deliverables are achieved.
Ensure cross-functional execution of those plans across IPSEC
through effective project management and oversight.
Qualifications

BA/BS in Business, technical discipline, or an equivalent
combination of education, training, and experience.
Project Management Certification
Lean Six Sigma Belt
Experience in relevant Distribution function including but not
limited to: Project Management, Planning, Engineering,
Construction, etc.
Management/supervision experience and or experience leading teams,
or initiatives
Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
You should know
The position's work mode is remote . Employee is able to work
primarily at home or remote however, the employee may be expected
to come to an SCE facility on occasion. Unless otherwise noted,
employees are required to reside in the state of California. Hiring

Position will require up to 25% traveling and being out in the
