Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Experience Strategy to lead
transformative customer experience strategies for major
accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of strategic, omni-channel
marketing plans across digital channels
Serve as a subject matter expert in digital marketing, CRM, and
customer experience management
Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with senior
client stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
8-12 years of experience in data-driven marketing
3-5+ years of experience in an agency or consulting environment
Proven ability to develop and sell strategic marketing
solutions
Experience across multiple verticals such as Insurance, Financial
Services, and Health
