Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Development to manage and
cultivate relationships with funding partners and support the
organization's mission.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies across
various giving streams
Manage relationships with existing and prospective funders,
ensuring effective communication and stewardship
Lead a team to achieve ambitious fundraising goals while supporting
the co-CEOs in external partnerships
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Proven experience managing a portfolio with multiple six-, seven-,
and eight-figure donations
Experience leading a strategic team to meet or exceed fundraising
goals
Direct experience in building external partnerships with senior
leadership
Commitment to the organization's mission and values, particularly
in advancing upward mobility for low-wage workers
Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with the workforce
development sector is a plus
