Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all custom software development initiatives across
the organization
Establish and implement enterprise-wide software development
standards and best practices
Drive digital transformation through innovative software solutions
and mentor software engineering teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or
a related technical field
Ten years of progressively responsible managerial experience in
software engineering
Minimum of 3 years managing high-performing technical teams
Strong expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS and
Azure
Proficient understanding of modern software development frameworks
and Agile methodologies
