Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Manager, Physician
Partnerships in the Southwest region.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and support to the medical provider sales team
to grow accounts and territories
Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews to enhance team
capabilities and maintain high performance
Analyze sales data to forecast revenue, manage the sales pipeline,
and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience leading a sales team in a regulated
industry
Experience as a quota-carrying salesperson in healthcare or
medtech
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to understand and communicate complex medical
information
Strong organizational and time management skills
