A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Clinical
Performance and Innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end program management of strategic initiatives,
including process improvement and new service design
Support program management of product development in partnership
with senior leadership
Drive improvements in clinical and operational workflows and foster
a culture of continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 3
years in virtual care or telehealth delivery
5+ years of experience in process improvement, strategic
operations, or service design within healthcare
Demonstrated track record of managing complex projects and
initiatives
Understanding of the product development process and clinical
vocabulary
Proficiency with Google Suite applications
