A company is looking for a Connectivity Technical Solutions
Manager, Hotels.
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialist API support and technical troubleshooting for
connectivity issues
Monitor key metrics and ensure timely error resolution for internal
and external partners
Develop technical communication materials and improve internal
knowledge bases
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in a Connectivity or Technical Partner
Manager role
Strong understanding of hospitality/travel software
Proficiency in SQL, Sumo Logic, and Excel
Solid technical troubleshooting skills
Strong quantitative skills with the ability to leverage data in
decision-making
