PCHC - Village Full Time Hours: Varies - Monday to Friday (Saturdays available with incentive pay) Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 18-20 Call Schedule: Light - 1 Week at a Time, Every Few Months - Split Between All Providers Loan Repayment Compensation: - $205,000 - $240,000 based on experience (36 hr clinical/4 hr admin); Prorated for Part-Time Benefits: - Medical, Dental, and Vision plans- no waiting period & Premiums 100% paid for the employee 50% for spouse/partner and dependents- Employee Assistance Program- no waiting period- Short and Long Term Disability Insurance- Life Insurance Paid time off- 136 hours vacation, 20 personal hours, 24 sick hours, 10 paid holidaysRetirement plan- ParkTree will contribute 2 percent of employee's annual salary starting after 1 year and 1000 hours of completed serviceEducation assistance program- Up to $1,500 per calendar year for approved undergraduate or graduate courses taken as part of a degree program from an accredited university- $1000 per calendar year for approved continuing education expenses and 5 paid days- Opportunity to apply for Federal and State Loan Repayment Program Additional Info: ParkTree Community Health Center provides a welcoming and inclusive healthcare environment for our patients, employees, and the community.
