Job Description:
A company is looking for Subject Matter Experts in Psychology
for Organizational Sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on and develop curricula for a Bachelor of Science program
in Psychology for Organizational Sustainability
Collaborate with staff to create learner-focused materials for
program recruitment and marketing
Work closely with an academic dean to establish program-level
learning outcomes and course descriptions
Required Qualifications
Advanced degree (Master's minimum) in organizational psychology,
human resource management, or a related field
Significant professional experience applying psychology principles
to organizational and employee management
Broad understanding of organizational psychology and current best
practices
Familiarity with skills and content knowledge for career
advancement in organizational psychology
Experience with online teaching and/or distance learners is
desirable
