Group has 19 clinic locations throughout San Diego Ophthalmology services are offered at 7 site locations SRSMG is a large, multi-specialty group that offers patients convenient, coordinated & integrated care Group provides patients a full range of services across 29 different specialties in medicine All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication among group PCP's & specialists Requirements/Preferred Experience Must be board-eligible/board-certified physician in OphthalmologyCompletion of a Medical Retina Fellowship is required to join our Ophthalmology divisionComfortable administering Intravitreal injectionsPosition Details 4-day workweek schedule 50% East County 50% South Bay Average patient load is 20-25 patients/day New consults Follow-Up Post-Ops Office based surgery/minor procedures Practice will be 50% General Ophthalmology and 50% Medical Retina General call for the department (with sub-specialty back up in all areas) is taken 1 week at a time, approximately 4-5 weeks per year. The posted annual salary is the starting annual base compensation only. The amount does not include productivity, bonuses or incentives.
