Traveler is seeking an experienced Home Health RN with a CA license
and proficiency in Oasis and HomeCare HomeBase for day shifts in
the Inland Empire area. Responsibilities - Home health setting
providing patient care in the Inland Empire, CA and surrounding
areas - Day shift, 5x8 hour schedule from 8:00 to 16:30 - Caseload
of up to 6 patients per day, generally 1:1 patient ratio - Standard
productivity is 30 points daily - No floating to other units
required - One weekend shift required per contract - No on-call
requirement - HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) used for charting - Mileage
reimbursement follows IRS standard rates - No specific scrub color
required for attire - Free parking provided at facility -
Assignments grouped to minimize drive time; occasional drives may
exceed 50 miles - RTO (time off) requests must be confirmed with
hiring manager Requirements - Active CA RN license required -
Minimum 1 year of skilled home health RN experience required -
Current BCLS certification required - Oasis documentation
experience required - HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) experience required
- Personal vehicle and ability to travel within a 50 mile radius
required - Locals within a 50 mile radius accepted at the same rate
