Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Trauma ICU
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 -
07:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years in ICU License: Valid state
license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: -
Trauma Level I or II experience - Care of ventilated patients -
Continuous IV sedation - ICP monitoring - Procedural sedation
administration and monitoring Description: We are seeking an
experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a Trauma ICU position. This
role requires a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience. First-time
travelers are accepted. Weekend work is required. The nurse will be
floated based on the facility's needs. There is no requirement for
on-call shifts. The daily census in the unit is up to 9 patients.
Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory
services, social services, and pharmacy. Patient demographics
include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The nurse will assist
with complex wound care, massive transfusions, and CRRT procedures.
Special experience with trauma surgical and neurosurgical patients
is preferred. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced
