THE ROLE: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of respiratory care and a deep commitment to patient well-being. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and administer personalized respiratory therapies to patients. Monitor and record the progress of the patient's treatment. Operate and maintain respiratory equipment to ensure it is functioning safely and efficiently. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in developing and implementing patient care plans. Educate patients and their families about respiratory disorders and using treatment plans and equipment properly. Adhere to and implement infection prevention protocols.
