\nJob Description\n \n \n\nYou are applying with Express Employment for an immediate opening for eCommerce Customer Service position in City of Pomona\n\n \n\n1st Shift: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm.\n\n \n\n Duties and Responsibilities \n\n Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and professional manner Provide a sense of urgency, commitment, and quality when responding to customer support emails Meticulous attention to details and composes grammatically correct written responses to customer issues Uphold company values and respect every customer, setting appropriate expectations Engage customers through a dynamic CRM system Communicate clearly and concisely with external customers as well as internal colleagues and departments \n\n Requirements \n\n Minimum of 1 year Online / E-commerce, and order processing experience Has knowledge of FedEx, USPS, UPS. Have payment processing experience on Braintree, Paypal, and other major credit cards Experience processing orders on eBay and Amazon portals Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on MS Office Suite and Excel programs Ability to handle and solve all types of customer service issues via phone and/or email. \n\nAbout us:Impacting people.
