CA is accepting applications for the managerial role of Shop
Supervisor. We currently have 3 locations around Long Beach and
we've got plans to grow in 2026 and beyond. If you're interested in

responsibilities of the Shop Supervisor role include: Manage all
areas of the bar including inventory levels, cleanliness, and
safety for staff and guests Ensure compliance with state and local
food handling and safety policies Assist with hiring, training, and
ongoing development of Steelhead team members Address and resolve
customer complaints in a friendly manner Participate actively in
management meetings Take responsibility for the shop and lead by
example Qualifications for this position include: Exceptional
verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of equipment used
in cafes Knowledge of specialty coffee such as origins, process
methods, brewing methods, tasting methods, current trends,
roasters, etc. Prior cafe experience is a plus 2 years of
experience of management experience is a plus Requirements of this
role include the following: Weekend availability Ability to work 30
hours and 5 days a week including weekends and holidays, and
staying beyond scheduled shifts if necessary Flexibility to help
cover shifts in emergency situations Reliable transportation A
valid CA Food Handler Certificate or Food Safety Manager
Certificate at time of hire, or within 2 weeks of hire This listing
