A company is looking for a Payroll Expert for West Africa.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and select software for payroll operations, ensuring
compliance with Deel product technology
Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution and prepare internal
payroll reports for compliance
Manage local payroll and HR processes, including onboarding,
offboarding, and regulatory updates
Required Qualifications
Fluency in French and English
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
4+ years of payroll and HR experience in the relevant country
Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies
Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
