A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Build trusted partnerships with mission-critical departments to
strengthen teams and develop people
Balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day manager and employee
support
Project manage critical People Experience programs and communicate
organizational updates effectively
Required Qualifications
7+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in an HR
Business Partner role
Experience in a fast-paced work environment during a time of
transformation
Experience supporting data-driven teams
Strong understanding of HR compliance regulations and employment
laws
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business
Administration preferred
