Your Role: - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop personalized urological care plans. - Manage a wide range of urological conditions with expertise. - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and specialists for seamless patient care. - Educate patients and families in both Spanish and English on treatments and health strategies. - Monitor patient progress post-treatment and adjust plans as needed. - Stay informed about the latest in urology to provide innovative care. What We’re Looking For: - Licensed Nurse Practitioner with a patient-first approach. - Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English. - Experience or interest in urology and primary care is preferred. - Strong knowledge of medical procedures, documentation, and regulatory standards. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient counseling skills. - Active licensure (DEA license a plus). - Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing or related field. - Urology experience is a plus, but passion and dedication are most important!
