A company is looking for a Senior Technical Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Coaches customers in the successful implementation of technology in
complex IT ecosystems
Bridges communication between technical stakeholders at the
customer and the company
Designs technical adoption plans to ensure sustained growth in
technology proficiency
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Mobile/Web application development
3+ years of experience as a Technical Team Lead, Technical Coach,
or Technical Account Manager
Knowledgeable in web and mobile development technologies and
practices
Bachelor's degree in a science or technical field, engineering, or
computer science
Practical knowledge of modern IT ecosystems, including cloud
providers and container technologies
