Paid Time off Job Details We are seeking a skilled Report Writer with strong experience in Microsoft Navision and Power BI to design, develop, and maintain accurate and insightful reports. The role will also be responsible for creating and maintaining KPIs, KRAs, and performance benchmarks that support operational and strategic decision-making across the organization. This position will be fully on-site. Hours: 7am to 330pm Days: Monday-Friday Job Requirements: Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI Extract, analyze, and validate data from Microsoft Navision (Dynamics NAV) Develop, define, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Key Result Areas (KRAs), and performance benchmarks Partner with business stakeholders to identify measurable performance metrics aligned with business objectives Translate business requirements into clear, actionable reports and performance frameworks Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and KPI outputs Optimize and automate recurring reports and KPI dashboards Monitor performance trends and provide insights and recommendations Document report logic, KPI definitions, data sources, and calculation methodologies Troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting or KPI-related issues Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision (Dynamics NAV) Minimum 2 years of experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI Proven experience creating and managing KPIs, KRAs, and benchmarks Strong understanding of data modeling, relationships, and DAX Experience working with large datasets and complex reporting environments High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Interested in hearing more?
