Job Description Job Description Salary: $25-$30/hr Project Coordinator - Residential Plumbing Position Overview Detail-oriented Project Coordinator needed to manage the complete lifecycle of residential plumbing projects, coordinating between customers, field technicians, division managers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Dispatch Manage full lifecycle of residential plumbing jobs from scheduling through completion Dispatch technicians and division managers based on skills, location, and availability Meet key daily performance metrics such as sales and close rate Monitor job progress and adjust schedules to meet customer commitments Serve as primary customer contact throughout project lifecycle Provide proactive updates on technician arrival, project status, and changes Follow up during and after service to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns Verify company procedures are followed on every service call Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets standards Review job documentation for accuracy and completeness Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan for all jobs Ensure all documentation (photos, invoices, work orders, permits) is uploaded promptly Generate reports on job status, completion rates, and key metrics Financial Administration Verify payments are collected in the field per company policies Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on collections Process payment information and update financial status in our operating software - ServiceTitan Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred 2 years experience in project coordination, dispatch, or operations Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home services industry Familiarity with residential plumbing processes Bilingual (English/Spanish) Key Competencies Strong communication, problem-solving, technology proficiency, time management, customer focus, adaptability, and accountability. Working Conditions Full-time, Monday-Friday with occasional weekend availability. Office-based.
