Job Description:
Responsibilities: Perform software demonstrations showing
potential clients how our product/service works Work
collaboratively with management, software development, project
management, sales teams, and any other members of various
departments Assist Support team by reviewing records, following up
with customers, assist via remote sessions, and update case
documentation in CRM system Ability to diagnose and document
software related matters for development inquires Familiarity with
remote software installations and troubleshooting Ability to
maintain a positive attitude and build rapport and relationships
with customers Willingness to put in the time needed to complete
assigned tasks, including multi-tasking Self-starter with the
ability to ask questions, learn quickly and work independently
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other
computer-based programs Must have strong communication skills and
enthusiastically present solutions to customers and to work with a
range of different personalities Need to demonstrate exemplary
written and verbal communication skills Qualifications : BA/BS
Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or related
field required. Prior experience with training and/or demos on
products or software is strongly desired Familiarity with remote
desktop protocol and screen sharing software to preform remote
assistance Experience with software installation procedures
Background in development, coding, or systems management Experience
implementing and maintaining ERP software systems· Compensation and
