Job Description:
A company is looking for a Counsel to join its in-house legal
team focused on affordable housing.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with legal matters related to acquisition, disposition, and
financing of real property
Provide effective counsel in a collaborative environment
Monitor development, construction, lease-up, and permanent
financing phases of investments
Required Qualifications
4-6+ years of experience as a real estate transactional
attorney
Real estate transactional training at a major US law firm
Bachelor's and Juris Doctorate degree from a top-tier law
school
Knowledge of Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and
tax-exempt bonds preferred
Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
