ERISA Defense Attorney with 3 years of experience who is ready to
take ownership of their cases, contribute to a strong team and
build a lasting litigation career. Responsibilities Handle all
aspects of ERISA litigation, including pleadings, discovery,
depositions, motion practice and court appearances Develop and
execute defense strategies under the supervision of senior
attorneys Communicate effectively with plan administrators,
insurers and opposing counsel Draft reports, evaluations and
recommendations with precision and timeliness Qualifications Juris
Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active California bar
license required 3 years of experience in ERISA, employee benefits
or related defense litigation Strong research, writing and
