Case Manager to join their growing team. This is a rare opportunity

professional who thrives on helping clients and keeping cases
moving efficiently, this could be your next great career move. Key
Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury files from
intake through settlement. Maintain consistent and empathetic
communication with clients , keeping them informed throughout their
case. Open and manage insurance claims , including Medi-Cal,
Medicare, and private insurance liens. Coordinate medical treatment
— scheduling appointments, obtaining medical records, and managing
provider communication. Request, review, and organize documentation
such as police reports, medical bills, and related records. Prepare
case files for demand and negotiation , ensuring accuracy and
completeness. Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other
team members to ensure each case progresses smoothly and
efficiently. Qualifications 2 years of experience in personal
injury case management (plaintiff-side preferred). Knowledge of
personal injury law, claims handling, and medical terminology.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple
deadlines. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
Proficiency with case management software (e.g., CasePeer) and
Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation & Benefits ???? Pay Range:
$80,000 – $125,000 (based on experience) ???? Location Perks:
