Essential Duties/Responsibilities We-- - -re seeking a highly motivated, naturally driven, sharp & competitive salesperson with a hunter mentality looking to make an immediate impact on our team and company. This individual will be responsible for the following delivering on the following: -- --- - Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly individual sales quotas -- --- - Maintain accurate information in a CRM and building, managing, and forecasting your sales pipeline -- --- - Develop consultative approach including understanding the clients need prior to providing a solution -- --- - Manage and build a consistent pipeline under longer sales cycles with multiple stakeholder and decision makers -- --- - Engage prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn -- --- - Face to face video call/screenshare presentations -- - -- --- - Overcome objections and create a sense of urgency Required Skills & Experience -- --- - A persuasive, successful sales hunter and closer -- --- - Demonstrated ability to set goals, achieve them and be highly productive in a remote environment -- --- - 2+ years B2B Sales experience -- --- - Demonstrates persistence, tenacity, and consistency in pursuing revenues opportunities -- --- - Experience creating valuable relationships with key decision-makers -- --- - Ability to embrace change and adapt to new strategies -- - -- --- - Understanding the market and competition with the ability to identify external threats and opportunities -- --- - Strong negotiation skills -- --- - Demonstrated ability to manage a complex sale through the entire sale cycle -- --- - Salesforce CRM experience is a plus!
