This position is responsible for the delivery of administrative and operational assistance, designed to promote growth, productivity, and provides team members with the appropriate training and tools to direct and motivate their success.Essential FunctionsEstablish and monitor AR goals and KPIs including reporting to Sales and ExecutivesDevelop and implement solutions to improve processes and efficiencies within the Order Management, Cash applications and Credit processing TeamAssigned projects and tasks from Financial Controller and Director of FinanceSupport Accounts Receivable Manager in daily and monthly tasksAssist and support the Collections team in their daily functionsSupport the month-end close by providing reports such as AR and brokerage reservePrepare monthly brokerage and ensure all costs and deductions are passed on to the brokerDevelop and implement efficient solutions for brokerage reportsCollect information and create reports for monthly promotionsApproval of fines and fees, or decision to dispute finesRun daily and weekly reports for Collections teamEnsure all items related to invoicing in the Oracle interface tables are corrected dailyMonitor Agile projects and complete tasks as neededGuide, coach, and help develop skills and knowledge of Team MembersDevelop and manage relationships with the Sales Team Members, Customer Service Members, Execution Team Member including responding to emails and phone callsComplete all Month end related tasks, including weekly reconciliationReview credit applications and credit evaluations as neededMake effective independent decisions representing day-to-day issues that do not require team discussion, input, or agreementPlease note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
