Job Description:
A company is looking for a YoungLives Coordinator to lead and
sustain outreach and ministry efforts for parenting teenagers in
the Lewisville-Flower Mound area.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and sustain YoungLives ministries, including spiritual
development and leadership training
Engage in resource development through fundraising, donor care, and
community relationship building
Oversee direct ministry activities, including outreach meetings,
Campaigners, and camping strategies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Commitment to a growing relationship with Christ
Completion of at least two years as a Staff Associate and relevant
training
College degree preferred
Understanding of issues faced by pregnant and parenting teen
moms
Proven leadership skills and ability to travel as required
