Job Description:
A company is looking for a Return to Work Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitates light duty accommodations and transitions employees to
full duty
Coordinates job offers with employers to ensure compliance with
regulations
Collaborates with teams to resolve service issues and manage claim
processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
2+ years of STD/LTD claims adjudication experience
Experience in TPA or self-administration services desired
Aptitude for learning medical terminology and interpreting
regulations
Experience with Excel at a beginner level required
