Key Responsibilities
Benchmark total rewards strategy and design feedback mechanisms
across the organization
Analyze the People technology stack for efficiency and cost
opportunities
Serve as program manager, content strategist, and facilitator for
annual retreats
Required Qualifications
Experience in the People function at a growth-stage start-up or a
top consulting firm with a focus on People topics
Proven track record of leading HR and talent projects with
measurable outcomes
Ability to shape team culture and advocate for ideas
effectively
Demonstrated commitment to helping others and doing good
