Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor-Fitness Reimbursement to
oversee the Fitness Reimbursement department.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises the processing activities and staff of the Fitness
Reimbursement team
Monitors daily work assignments to ensure processing deadlines are
met
Facilitates department meetings and reviews errors for training
purposes
Required Qualifications
High School diploma required
Minimum 2 years' experience in claims/reimbursement processing
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access required
One year in a supervisory role preferred
Knowledge of managed care operations preferred
