Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coordinator - Pre-Employment
Background Screening - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
Review and adjudicate candidate background reports to ensure
compliance with policies and regulations
Conduct monthly audits to ensure adherence to company policies and
procedures
Provide administrative support to the Compliance Team as needed
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Three (3) years or more in a related field and/or Human Resources
required
Strong knowledge in HR Compliance, Recruiting, or Staffing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs: Outlook, Excel,
Teams, SharePoint
