Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor to lead a liability claims
team in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and motivate a liability claims team to ensure
high-quality service delivery
Promote best practices and manage workloads for optimal team
efficiency
Oversee the hiring and training of adjusters, fostering a culture
of performance improvement
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims
are handled
Claims background in Workers Compensation
2-3 years of prior leadership experience in a supervisory role
