Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Senior
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, including
proper coding and approval workflows
Maintain organized accounts payable records, reconcile statements,
and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and
assist with monthly KPIs to identify improvement areas
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline preferred, or equivalent
experience
Minimum of 4 years' experience in an Accounts Payable function
Strong accounting and finance knowledge, including experience with
financial reporting and reconciliations
Proficiency using the P2P (Yooz) platform and expert-level
Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to provide guidance and demonstrate technical expertise as
a project manager or lead
