Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Associate for their
Insurance Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain automated workflows to enhance operational
processes
Design and execute complex analyses to support decision-making
across departments
Own and monitor metrics to track the health of Insurance Operations
and identify solutions to arising problems
Required Qualifications
Intermediate to advanced command of SQL
Experience with automation tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, Java
Script, or Python is a bonus
Strong analytical skills to identify business challenges and
recommend solutions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment
Proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and pivot
tables
